Refund Policies and Procedures

This is the official refund policy of Goldbar Enterprises, LLC

Goldbar Enterprises sells products and services in a variety of formats: monthly subscription services, digital information products and physical information products. For each format there is a specific refund policy. Each one is covered in this document. It is your obligation to clearly understand every facet of our refund policy before you make a purchase.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Our monthly membership products, GoldbarOne™ and JV Gold are NOT Refundable. They all come with a 100% cancellation policy which states:

If you are not completely satisfied with the Service, you may cancel your account by filling out the cancellation form available within the particular membership site you belong to at least two (2) days prior to your rebilling date. If Goldbar.net does not receive a notice of cancellation prior to the rebilling date, Goldbar.net shall assume you are renewing your membership and you will automatically be charged for the next month’s payment. If you pay via PayPal, you are solely responsible for cancelling your PayPal subscription upon cancelling the Goldbar.net services.

DIGITAL INFORMATION PRODUCTS

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products we cannot refund any digital product, we will however, happily replace defective products.

PHYSICAL INFORMATION PRODUCTS

In order to receive a refund on any physical (shipped) information product, you must follow these steps (Customers not following these steps will face delays or rejections of their refund request).

  1. Please open a ticket on our support desk: http://www.jvhelp.com
  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Our staff will respond with an RMA # within 24 hours. Please write that RMA # on the box in which you are shipping the product.
  4. Ship the product to:

It is always the customer's responsibility to send any exchanges/returns back to us freight prepaid.

Please Note: This policy only applies to those who submit refund requests within the 30 day refund period. There will be absolutely NO refunds given after 30 days.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all inserts and manuals, and all accessories.

Please do not tape or write anything on or in the product being returned.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once the product has been received and inventoried, a credit will be made to you (less shipping charges) using the same payment method you originally used to make the purchase. Credits take 5 - 7 days to process after they are submitted.

OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES

Orders that are returned to us without a RMA number, or without prior approval may be:

  1. Denied a refund
  2. And/or be subject to additional re-shipping charges
  3. And/or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Orders that are returned to us by the United States Postal Service as 'Unclaimed', 'Refused', 'Abandoned' or similar designation may be:

  1. Denied a refund
  2. And/or be subject to additional re-shipping charges
  3. And/or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

If we decide to change our refund policy, we will post those changes on this page so all users are always aware of our Refund Policies and Procedures. Check the refund policy periodically for modifications to the policy.
